Good control can be achieved by planting disease free (tested) seed and controlling aphid vectors on plants will reduce any spread of the virus in the field.
PSbMV affects a range of plants including peas, lentils and faba beans. Symptoms include abnormal colouring and patterns on leaves, as well as whole plant dwarfing.
